DHL Global Forwarding launches myDHLi online platform for freight forwarders

DHL Global Forwarding launched (19-May-2020) the 'myDHLi' online platform for freight forwarding customers. The platform merges existing services, including 'myDHLi Quote + Book' and 'myDHLi Analytics' with new services and features. The system supports the sharing of relevant information across organisations; online quotation; booking with shipment tracking; the management of freight rates, offers, transport modes, carbon emissions and other relevant shipment data; and the display of data in analyses and reports. The company stated the platform provides "full visibility and control over all shipping and transport modes".
