About
Deutsche Post AG, also known as DHL Group (previously Deutsche Post DHL Group), is a major postal and communications service provider headquartered in Bonn, Germany. The group is separated into two main brands - DHL operates as logistics company while Deutsche Post handles communication services. DHL Aviation is a division of DHL Express, and refers to the group of airlines that DHL Express either owns, co-owns or charters for the provision of global air cargo services. Also located in Bonn, DHL Aviation and its affiliates operate an extensive global network of air cargo services, with each airline providing service by specific, sometimes multiple regions.

- Tasman Cargo Airlines (49%, since 1994)
- Air Hong Kong (JV with majority shareholder; Cathay Pacific, since 2002)
- Polar Air Cargo (49%, since 2006)
- AeroLogic (50% JV, since 2009)

Deutsche Post DHL Group signed an agreement on 25-Jul-2023 to acquire 100% of Turkish parcel delivery company MNG Kargo and its subsidiaries.
