Denver International Airport reports tenth consecutive record-setting month in Jun-2016

Denver International Airport passenger numbers up 8% - traffic highlights for Jun-2016:

• Passenger numbers: 5.2 million, +8.4% year-on-year;
• Cargo volume: 21,538 tonnes, +6.7%;

Denver International Airport CEO Kim Day said: "June marks the tenth consecutive record-setting month for passenger traffic at Denver International Airport and the busiest month in the history of this airport, driven by increases in airline capacity. We have also celebrated the addition of two new carriers and nine new nonstop destinations in just the first half of this year, and continue to seek out even more options to connect our passengers with the rest of the world."
