    • Alaska Airlines: USD34.4 million;
    • JetBlue: USD16.5 million;
    • Hawaiian Airlines: USD15.0 million;
  • 2011:
    • Delta: USD863.6 million;
    • American: USD593.5 million;
    • US Airways: USD506.3 million;
