Brazilian regulator approves GOL-Webjet merger

Brazil's Plenary of the Council for Economic Defense (CADE) announced (10-Oct-2012) the approval of GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes' takeover of Webjet Linhas Aéreas. GOL's acquisition of Webjet's capital was originally announced on 01-Aug-2011 and was approved by National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) on 03-Oct-2012.
