Brasilia Airport regains hub status with Gol

Inframerica announced (15-Jul-2020) Brasilia International Airport again became one of Gol's hubs. Gol increased its presence in Brasilia by over 600% month-on-month in Jul-2020. Gol will connect Brasilia to 32 cities in Brazil. Gol will also sell service to three regional destinations operated by Passaredo (VoePass). Inframerica head of busines Roberto Luiz stated: "We designed the whole airport to be a good connecting space with agile and safe boarding and disembarkation". He added that "obviously our location" in the middle of Brazil "helps, but our infrastructure and management are also responsible for carriers' decisions to establish hubs here". Brasilia Airport was Gol's "main connecting point before the pandemic, with approximately 140 flights daily". [more - original PR - Portuguese]
