Branson to testify to House of Reps committee in September on BA-AA alliance

Virgin Atlantic founder, Sir Richard Branson, will reportedly give testimony to a US House of Representatives sub-committee on 16-Sep-2009 into the proposed British Airways and American Airlines alliance (The Telegraph, 08-Aug-09). Sir Richard has stated the alliance would create a "monster monopoly" on trans-Atlantic routes.
