Brazil’s Ministry of Ports and Airports said Azul, LATAM Airlines Brasil, GOL and Aerotáxi Abaete formalised requests to access BRL5.5 billion of 2026 National Civil Aviation Fund credit lines operated by BNDES, tied to Amazon/Northeast capacity and ESG/SAF commitments and limits on shareholder distributions.1 2 LATAM also previously signed a USD300 million sustainability-linked revolving facility with Credit Agricole CIB and BNP Paribas, with pricing linked to CO2 intensity metrics.3
