Belavia takes delivery of 737-800 in new livery

Boeing and Belavia announced (15-Aug-2016) delivery of the carrier's first 737-800NG in new livery. The aircraft is one of three 737-800 aircraft ordered by the carrier and is configured with 189 economy class seats. The aircraft will commence deployment on 20-Aug-2016. The new livery, introduced as part of the carrier's rebranding, is the result of a collaborative effort between Belavia, Boeing and the design firm TEAGUE. The logo was inspired by the cornflower, a national symbol of Belarus. The airplane's interior combines a blend of cornflower blue, light grey and white with the Boeing Sky Interior lighting.
