BAA revenue up 2.2%, EBITDA eases in 1H2010

UK’s BAA revenue up 2.2% - consolidated financial highlights for the six months ended 30-Jun-2010:

  • Revenue: GBP957.6 million, +2.2% year-on-year;
    • Aeronautical: GBP507.3 million, -1.1%;
    • Retails: GBP216.1 million, +2.8%;
    • Other: GBP234.2 million, +9.6%;
  • EBITDA: GBP401.7 million, -0.2%;
  • Capital expenditure: GBP386.9 million, -23.9%;
    • London Heathrow: GBP376.3 million, -7.7%;
    • London Stansted: GBP10.6 million, -74.8%;
  • Operating cash: GBP384.0 million, +0.5%;
  • Net debt: GBP8,657 million, +0.9%;
  • Passenger numbers: 38.7 million, -4.5%;
    • London Heathrow: 30.1 million, -3.5%;
