BAA granted permission to lobby UK Government on third Heathrow runway

UK Transport Minister Theresa Villiers reportedly granted approval to BAA to utilise a consultation on the UK's future status as a global aviation hub to lobby the Government for the construction of a third runway at London Heathrow Airport (govtoday.co.uk, 22-May-2012).
