ALPA says US aviation industry still divided on issue of foreign ownership and control

Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) executive administrator Captain Rick Dominguez, speaking at CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) the US aviation industry is still quite divided on the issue of foreign ownership and control.
