Airbus faces lawsuit from Qantas passengers

Airbus faces a class-action lawsuit brought by Qantas passengers on a 2008 Singapore-Perth service (ABC, 20-Sep-2010). The aircraft dropped several hundred metres during flight, injuring more than 100 passengers and crew and forcing it to divert, reportedly due to the failure of the air data inertial reference unit.
