airBaltic CEO: 'Investors will invest in European airlines if we get our costs under control'

airBaltic chairman and CEO Martin Gauss, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World & Awards for Excellence, stated (21-Nov-2024) investors will invest in European airlines if we get our costs under control" and "deal with the issue of sustainability". Mr Gauss said: "We have to deal with it in a different way" than the US to avoid similar challenges.
