AirAsia Group CCO: 'Fares will remain relatively elevated but they’re not growing'

AirAsia Group CCO Paul Carroll, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia & Sustainability Awards, stated (05-Nov-2024) "What is keeping fares relatively stable is the supply chain, it will probably take six to 12 months until capacity does come back to those pre-pandemic figures". He noted: "Fares will remain relatively elevated but they're not growing".
