- North America/UK: 71,000, -1.4%;
- Short-haul: 811,000, -3.3%,
- Passenger load factor: 80.0%, +3.3 ppts;
- Short-haul: 79.6%, +4.4 ppts;
- Domestic: 76.8%, +3.5 ppts;
- Tasman/Pacific: 81.2%, +5.0 ppts;
- Long-haul: 80.3%, +2.4 ppts;
- Asia/Japan/UK: 78.3%, +0.9 ppt;
