Air New Zealand deputy CFO: 787-9 suitable for carrier's 'bread and butter' routes

Air New Zealand deputy CFO David Mackerell, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, stated (06-Aug-2014) the Boeing 787-9 "is clearly an aircraft which suits long thin routes", which are the carrier's "bread and butter."
