- Load factor: 80.6%, +0.9 ppt;
- Europe: 70.9%, +3.6 ppts;
- Trans-Atlantic: 85%, -1.5 ppts;
- Asia Pacific: 82.3%, -0.9 ppt;
- Africa and Middle East: 78.7%, -1.2 ppts;
- Caribbean and Indian Ocean: 84.1%, +6.3 ppts;
- Cargo traffic (FTKs): +2.1%;

Air France-KLM: "The passenger and cargo activities were each affected by the periods of heavy snowfall in December in both Europe and the United States.
