Air France-KLM launches new geographical structure
Air France-KLM launched (23-Sep-2013) a new geographical structure on 01-Jul-2013 with the restructuring of the Air France-KLM commercial, sales and marketing division under the leadership of commercial, sales and marketing EVP Patrick Alexandre and commercial marketing EVP Pieter Bootsma. The organisation aims to regroup its commercial forces in order to better serve Air France and KLM while offering greater proximity and reactivity. Sales teams, pricing and revenue management, digital and distribution teams are now under the same roof. The commercial organisation is structured around a new geographical division:
- Two home markets: France and Benelux;
- Five international markets: Europe & North Africa; Africa; MEGI (Middle East, Gulf, Indian subcontinent); Asia-Pacific; and CILA (Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Latin America)
- One "Joint-venture market": North America (Canada, French Polynesia, Mexico and the US).
All markets will report to Patrick Alexandre:

- Henri de Peyrelongue, SVP Europe & North Africa;
- Frank Legré, SVP Africa;
