THAI: Consideration into Increased Stake in Nok Air

19-Jun-2017 Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) provided further clarification into the decision not to increase capital in Nok Air Public Company Limited (Nok Air). THAI's Board of Directors gave the matter full consideration as a company listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, whereby any investment must be considered based on the return on investment and the benefit to its shareholders. THAI, as a state enterprise, must take responsible actions keeping in mind that the Company was established from government funds.
