Supporting An Efficient Airport Built For Western Sydney’s Future

The Qantas Group believes Western Sydney Airport is an important part of Australia's aviation future. That is why the Qantas Group entered into a MOU on design and planning with Western Sydney Airport in June this year.

To deepen our relationship further, last week the Qantas Group Management Committee inspected the Western Sydney Airport site and witnessed first-hand the significant progress that has been made by WSA to date.

Western Sydney Airport has a unique opportunity to build a twenty-first century airport that meets the needs of the future traveller, while using the best technology to deliver safety, efficiency and affordable travel.

We are encouraged by WSA's focus to build the most cost-effective, efficient and fit-for-purpose airport that will have the ability to expand as demand in Sydney continues to grow. This will help us keep fares low, provide greater connectivity and deliver an improved experience for our customers.
