Memorandum of Understanding to increase transport rights between Qatar and Vietnam

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam held an official talk in Hanoi, between the Civil Aviation Authority of Qatar and Vietnam.

During the discussions, a protocol was discussed to amend some provisions of the air services agreement and memorandum of understanding to increase transport rights. They have also discussed some issues such as mutual interest in the field of civil aviation and airports.

The talks resulted in the signing of a protocol in initials between the two parties and the signing of a memorandum of understanding increasing air cargo flights by 14 additional flights, allowing Qatar Airways to operate 28 air cargo flights between Doha and several areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Passenger transport rights are open between the two countries and are not conditioned by any number of flights.
