LATAM Airlines Group informs the beginning of the tender for Guarulhos Airport's slots
In compliance to the ruling of the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (Competition Court of Chile), and to the provisions contained in the document "LATAM Slots' Exchange Procedure According to the First Condition Resolution No. 37/2011 HTDLC" approved by the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia of Chile (hereinafter referred to as the "Procedure"); LATAM Airlines Group S.A. informs the beginning of the tender procedure regulated by the Procedure and further informs the following:
- The closing date for filing proposals expires at 12:00 am of the 02nd of May 2018.
- The Notary where the instruments established by the Procedure will be executed is the Santiago's Notary of Patricio Raby Benavente.
- The following is the calendar of activities published by the Comitê de Facilitação de Voos (Flights Facilitating Committee) of the International Airport Sao Paulo- Guarulhos, Governor André Franco Montoro; for the following IATA season:
LATAM Airlines Group comunica o início dos procedimentos de licitação de slots do Aeroporto de Guarulhos
Em cumprimento à decisão proferida pelo Tribunal de Defesa da Livre Concorrência do Chile ("TDLC") e o definido no documento "Procedimento de Permuta de Slots LATAM, de acordo com Resolução nº 37/2011 HTDLC" aprovado pelo Tribunal de Defesa da Livre Concorrência do Chile ("Procedimento"), LATAM Airlines Group S.A. ("LATAM") comunica o início dos procedimentos de licitação regulados no Procedimento e informa o que segue:
- A data de encerramento de apresentação das propostas será às 12hs do dia 02 de Maio de 2018.
- O cartório que subscreve os instrumentos que estabelece o Procedimento é o cartório Patricio Raby Benavente de Santiago/Chile..
- Segue o calendário de atividades publicado pelo Comitê de Facilitação de Vôos do Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo/Guarulhos - Governador André Franco Montoro, localizado na Cidade de Guarulhos, Estado de Sao Paulo, Brasil ("GRU"), para a seguinte temporada IATA:
