KLM fare options for Europe now bookable via KLM.nl
25-Jan-2017 Light, Standard and Flex allow passengers to book the ticket that best meets their needs. The options are available for all KLM flights within Europe as well as to North African destinations and Israel. Drinks and meals or snacks on board all KLM flights are still included in the ticket price for all passengers.
The Light option is for passengers seeking the lowest possible fare, who intend to travel with hand luggage only. Passengers who choose the Standard option are allowed to take along one piece of hold baggage and have the option of changing their ticket for a fee. Flex ensures maximum flexibility and includes hold baggage as well as SkyPriority service and the option of changing or cancelling a ticket free of charge.

Light, Standard and Flex are predefined options, but passengers still have the option of further customising their ticket by adding additional services. For instance, Light with hold baggage, or Standard with Economy Comfort for more legroom. These choices can be made during booking or at a later time.

Met Light, Standard en Flex kunnen passagiers het ticket kiezen dat het beste bij hen past. De ticketopties zijn beschikbaar voor alle KLM-vluchten binnen Europa, naar Noord-Afrika en Israël. Drankjes en maaltijden of snacks aan boord van alle KLM-vluchten blijven inbegrepen voor alle passagiers.
De ticketoptie Light is voor passagiers die op zoek zijn naar het laagst mogelijke tarief en reizen met alleen handbagage. Standard biedt passagiers de mogelijkheid één stuk ruimbagage in te checken en het ticket tegen betaling te wijzigen. Met Flex koopt de passagier maximale flexibiliteit. Deze optie is inclusief ruimbagage, SkyPriority-service en de mogelijkheid om het ticket zonder kosten te wijzigen of te annuleren.
