GOL Evaluates the Purchase of Embraer Aircraft

19-Sep-2014 GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. ("Company") (BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P: B, Fitch: B-, Moody's: B3), the largest low-cost and best-fare airline in Latin America, informs that, as a competitive company is always evaluating new opportunities for its business. At the moment, the Company is studying the possibility of buying the new Embraer E2 jets, which begins to be delivered by Embraer in 2018.
These aircraft would be an option to attend less dense routes that would justify the use of an aircraft with 130 to 140 seats. The Company will eventually disclosure to the market if, and when, it decides to proceed.
