GOL announces pricing of senior notes offering

(NYSE: GOL and BMF&BOVESPA: GOLL4), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, announced today that it has priced an offering of USD300 million of 9.25% senior notes due 2020 in an offering exempt from registration under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended ("Securities Act").
