Air China notice of foreign shareholders class meeting

15-Mar-2010 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the class meeting for holders of Foreign Shares (“Foreign Shareholders Class Meeting”) of Air China Limited (“Company”) will be held at The Conference Room, Air China Building, 36 Xiaoyun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the PRC at 2:50 p.m. on 29 April 2010 to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions.
