Lanai Airport is a state owned, public airport located 6 km southwest of Lanai City in Maui County, Hawaii. It is the only airport serving the island of Lanai. The island began regular operations in 1930. Lanai airport has a single runway measuring 1.5 km long and primarily serves scheduled interisland and commuter/air taxi traffic, with some unscheduled charter and general aviation activity.
