Deoghar Airport (also known as Baba Baidyanath Airport) serves the city of Deoghar, India. The airport was developed to give a major boost to religious tourism in Jharkhand, as well as providing viable air connectivity to the underdeveloped Santhal Pargana region. Construction commenced in Jan-2018 and concluded in May-2022. The airport is managed by the Airports Authority of India and is expected to be commissioned on 12-Jul-2022.
