BPCL Aviation is a subsidiary of Indian NOC Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL), which began in 1977 following the nationalisation of the Burmah Shell Group. The company maintains a minority stake in Kochi Airport. The bulk of the company’s business consists of fuelling services provided to foreign carriers, with the company providing refuelling services at 29 Indian airports.
