Cordoba Pajas Blancas International Airport
Pajas Blancas International Airport, also known as Ingeniero Aeronáutico Ambrosio L.V. Taravella International Airport, serves Argentina's second city of Córdoba. The city is located at the foothills of the Sierras Chicas, at the geographic centre of the country. The airport is the third largest in the nation, the largest outside of Buenos Aires, and as such is served by a handful of South American carriers to destinations including Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Peru and Panama. Argentine carriers offer extensive domestic networks from Córdoba. Pajas Blancas is operated by state-owned Aeropuertos Argentinas 2000.
