Rafael Hernández Airport serves the northwest Puerto Rican city of Aguadilla, and is the second busiest airport on the island. The airport once served as a focus city for the defunct PAWA Dominicana, and now offers very limited passenger services to the US mainland only. More significant as a cargo facility, a number of cargo carriers serve Aguadilla, while Fedex is reported to have interest in developing the facility into a distribution hub for the Caribbean region. Cargo operators Ameriflight and CaribEx Worldwide also have sizeable Caribbean presences at the airport. State-owned Puerto Rico Ports Authority operates the facility.

I didn't realise all this traffic data was here. The data is much more up-to-date than the other results we usually use - I'll be using this from now on.- Air Services Development Manager, Airport Member.
