About
Established in 1997, Via Airlines was an operator of scheduled and charter services based in Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC and Branson, MO. Via Airlines ceased operations and filed for bankruptcy in Oct-2019.
Sterling Airways (rebranded from Via Airlines) received approval from the US Department of Transportation (DoT) to resume scheduled passenger services in Mar-2021. Sterling Airways also received Part 121 certification from the US FAA.
