PenAir (Peninsula Airways) is a regional commuter airline operating to destinations across Alaska, US. With its main base at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and a fleet of more than 40 aircraft, it serves 36 destinations across Alaska. PenAir has filed for Chapter 11 reorganisation with the state of Alaska in Aug-2017. The action is not expected to affect scheduled air services in Alaska or Boston, but hub operations in Portland and Denver will cease within the year.
