Kalstar Aviation

Ceased Operations on 30-Sep-2017
ICAO: n/a
Country/Territory: Indonesia

Kalstar Aviation was founded in 2000 and commenced scheduled operations in Nov-2007. The Indonesian Ministry of Transportation suspended the carrier's AOC on 30-Sep-2017, effectively ceasing air services. The MoT's director general stated it is a temporary measure, citing the implementation of a maintenance programme to address technical issues will lift the AOC suspension. An indeterminate suspension notice has been issued, however the MoT stated the airline will be reinstated if it addresses technical and financial issues.
