Han Airways is a proposed carrier to be based in the United Kingdom. The carrier plans to provide direct service to under-served routes. The carrier has received its air operator's certificate from the UK Civil Aviation Authority and planned to launch scheduled services from Birmingham to secondary cities in India in 2022.
On 20-Feb-2023, Hans Airways announced meeting the UK Civil Aviation Authority's "rightly stringent financial criteria" to "commence scheduled operations" is hindering the carrier's launch plans. A revised launch date has not been advised.
