FLYeasy is a proposed Indian start-up to be based at Bangalore International Airport. The start-up is a subsidiary of ABC Aviation and Training Services Private Limited. FLYeasy had planned to launch its first commercial service between Bangalore and Bhubaneswar in Aug-2014, but the launch has been postposed. Flyeasy is awaiting regulatory approval to commence operations, after signing a MoU to acquire a 74% stake in grounded Air Pegasus. The carrier intends to operate a route network serving Bhubaneswar, Tiruchirappalli, Guwahati, Amritsar, Surat, Goa, and Pune with a fleet of Airbus narrowbody equipment. A revised launch date has not been advised.
