FLOAT (FLy Over All Traffic) Shuttle is a commuter service based in Los Angeles. The carrier partnered with Southern Airways Express to launch daily commuter services, effective Jan-2020. Flights are operated by Southern Airways Express, LLC as the direct carrier on behalf of FLOAT Shuttle.
In Jul-2020, Ravn Air Group sold Part 121 carriers Ravn Alaska and PenAir and related assets as a going concern to FLOAT Shuttle. The ownership and control of Ravn Alaska and PenAir moved to FLOAT following the closure of all sales from the auctions held by Ravn Air Group.
