Transportes Interilhas de Cabo Verde (TICV) operating as BestFly Cabo Verde (formerly Binter CV) is a regional subsidiary of Spanish carrier, BinterCanarias. The carrier operates inter-island services in the Cape Verde archipelago. TICV commenced service operations on 12-Nov-2016, after it received an AOC from the country's Agência de Aviação Civil.
TICV resumed domestic operations under the BestFly Cabo Verde brand on 23-Oct-2021. BestFly owns 70% of TICV while the Cape Verdean Government retains 30%.
