Established in 2004 as Synergy Aviation, Ascend Airways is a charter carrier based in the United Kingdom. Synergy Aviation was acquired by Avia Solutions Group in Jul-2023 and was rebranded as Ascend Airways. Ascend Airways secured an updated AOC, Type A operating licence and route licence from the UK CAA in Apr-2024.
