About
Air Southwest was a low-fare British airline with main bases at Plymouth International, Bristol International and Newquay airports. The carrier operated to 14 destinations in the UK, Ireland and seasonal services to France with a fleet of Bombardier Dash 8-300s. Eastern Airways purchased Air Southwest from Sutton Harbour Holdings in Sep-2010, but the airline later ceased operations in Sep-2011 due to a lack of demand.
