Willis Lease ties up aircraft acquisition agreement with BAE Systems
Willis Lease Finance Corporation signed a commercial aircraft agreement with BAE Systems under which BAE Systems Regional Aircraft's Asset Management business will provide pre-owned aircraft acquisition, remarketing and lease management services to Willis Lease. The alliance is expected to broaden and enhance access to jet engines to further build the Willis Lease portfolio. Willis Lease Finance shares finished yesterday 0.1% higher.
