Airlines calls for more progress on Single European Sky
The Association of European Airlines (AEA) Chairman, Peter Hartman, is not a man to sugar coat a message. At a recent high level aviation meeting in Brussels, convened by the European Commission and chaired by the new Commission Vice-President for Transport, Antonio Tajani, he has cautioned that latest package of Single European Sky legislation (SES II) must be acted on promptly by EU Member States "or SES will collapse like a house of cards".
