Japan's ANA, Nippon Express, Kintetsu World launch air cargo joint venture

Tokyo (Thomson Financial) - Japan's All Nippon Airways Co. (ANA), Nippon Express Co. and Kintetsu World Express Inc. have established a joint venture to offer business-to-business international express delivery services in Asia, the three companies said Tuesday.

The new company, called All Express Corp., will start operating within the next few months once it has the necessary licenses, they said in a joint statement. ANA has 36.38 percent of the joint venture and Nippon Express and Kintetsu World Express 30.38 percent each, while the rest of the shares are split equally between two other companies.
