CAPA announces executive promotions within advisory and research teams in South Asia

CAPA India is pleased to announce the internal promotion of six key members of its advisory and research teams in New Delhi to the positions of Associate Manager, all reporting to Paramprit Singh Bakshi, Manager. The restructuring is designed to strengthen the company's operations in order to respond to business opportunities in light of the renewed interest and activity in the Indian aviation market.

The executives that have been promoted are:

Satyendra Pandey

Satyendra joined CAPA in 2012 after completing his MBA in General Management in Australia and London. He previously worked with airline and travel companies in the US such as US Airways, Avis and Northwest Airlines where he was Manager Gateway Operations. Satyendra will lead the team responsible for airport research and will support consulting engagements across the value chain.

Vishal Bhadola


Vishal joined CAPA as a consultant more than 4 years ago. In his previous role he was Manager Airport Services with Kingfisher Airlines. He holds an MBA in Aviation Management. Vishal will lead the team responsible for business development activities related to consulting, research, education and knowledge events and will remain a key member of the advisory services team.

Gurdeep Aggarwal


Gurdeep joined CAPA as a consultant in 2011 having previously held Research Analyst roles at companies such as CRISIL Ratings and Taurus Mutual Fund. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing. Gurdeep will lead the team responsible for data and financial analysis for advisory projects while contributing to the across client advisory projects.

Mohd Askari


Askari has completed almost 6 years with CAPA having joined as a Research & Market Analyst in 2007. He holds an MBA in Aviation Management. Askari will lead the team responsible for commercial airline and general aviation research activities and will support the full range of consulting projects in South Asia.

Punish Oberoi


Punish joined CAPA as a consultant in 2011 having previously been a Senior Analyst at companies such as Copal Partners and RocSearch. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Punish will lead the team responsible for business development activities related to aircraft advisory services and for engagement with banks, financial institutions, law firms and other industry associations. He will also be a key member of the advisory team.

Nidhi Grover


Nidhi has been with CAPA for more than 7 years, having initially joined as a Research Analyst and subsequently becoming a member of the consulting team. She holds an MBA in International Business. Nidhi will lead the team responsible for delivery of advisory projects.
