Pokhara Airport is a regional airport serving Pokhara, the second largest city in Nepal. The airport was opened in Jul-1958 and is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal. The airport handles domestic air services operated by Yeti, Simrik and Buddha Air. In Dec-2022, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal confirmed Pokhara Airport will continue to operate and handle flights following the commissioning of Pokhara International Airport on 01-Jan-2023.
