Cally Air is a Nigerian carrier based at Calabar Airport. The airline is a joint venture between The Cross River State Government and DANA Group, under a public-private agreement. Cally Air commenced operations with daily services from Calabar Airport to Abuja and Lagos on 01-Aug-2021.

Cross River State's Governor Ben Ayade said the state government acquired two aircraft for Cally Air on 16-Jul-2021. The aircraft will be operated and maintained by Aero Contractors until Cally Air receives its air operator's certificate. Cally Air intends to acquire its own AOC, enabling the airline to take over its own operations from Aero Contractors.
