Murtala Muhammed International Airport, located in Lagos, is Nigeria’s major international gateway, whereas Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport is the main airport serving the capital city, Abuja. The Nigerian Federal Ministry of Aviation has overall responsibility for the formulation and management of Government's aviation policies in Nigeria and is also responsible for the provision of air navigation services.
