About
China Airlines Group is a transportation conglomerate headquartered in Taipei City, Taiwan. Founded in Dec-1959, the Group's subsidiaries include China Airlines, the flag carrier of Taiwan, Mandarin Airlines and Tigerair Taiwan. Together the three airlines operate an extensive network of full service and low cost international and regional services from their base at Taoyuan International Airport.
The Group has its headquarters at CAL Park, near Taoyuan International Airport and is owned by the Government of the Republic of China through the China Aviation Development Foundation. China Airlines is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE: 2610).

- Mandarin Airlines (through China Airlines, 94%, since Jun-1991)
- Tigerair Taiwan (wholly owned)
The Group also holds shares in Taiwan Air Cargo Terminal (54%), Taiwan Airport Services Co. Ltd. (47%) and Taoyuan International Airport Services Co., Ltd (49%). China Airlines previously held a 25% stake in Yangtze River Express. The carrier relaunched as Yangtze River Airlines in Dec-2015, and became part of HNA Group.
