Zurich Airport lays foundation stone for 'The Circle'

Zurich Airport reported (24-Mar-2017) construction of 'The Circle' is on track, and an event to celebrate the laying of a foundation stone was held on 24-Mar-2017. The Circle is the airport's CHF1 billion (EUR933 million) mass office and real estate complex covering 180,000sqm. The complex will specifically include:

• A medical centre run by the University Hospital of Zurich;
• Two hotels from the Hyatt Group;
• Spaces for offices, art, culture, education, restaurants and cafes.

The Circle is planned for completion in autumn 2019. [more - original PR]
